 A CLOCKWORK ORANGE is a brilliant piece as well. I love listening to it on vinyl while my young kids tell me to shut it down & put on some HIP-HOP
As a child prayed to be a girl- now the prayer is being answered - 40 years later !

Switched-on Bach was one of my favourite albums of all time.  I wore out the original LP and got a second-release LP a few years later, which still only has one scratch on it, because I took such good care of it.  The cover still has Ms. Carlos' dead name on it.

Wow, anyone know where it can be listened to/bought without paying a ton for a used copy? It appears to be out of print, sadly.

I had no idea this artist transitioned! I remember listening to their music in the late 60's and early 70's. There is now one less CD and LP available on eBay!

I loved Switched On Bach, and was so envious when Wendy transitioned. I was too terrified to tell anyone then, of course. Just like Kathy, I still have the album with that deadname on it.

After reading the article I was hoping to find the original on YouTube. But no luck. A few cover versions with snippets. Sometimes it feels like everything is on YouTube (legally or not) but not this time. Disappointed.
