I have been holding off on this for a while.
I have always been told to wear pants at the hip I guess.
I always have a ass crack, and women who wear pants never seem to have it(rare). Also it seems those pants look better on their butts. I want better pants than this bull ->-bleeped-<- I have to wear now 
Please give me awesome advice and tell me I'm not crazy lol.

Natural waist is around the belly button. Wear higher waisted pants or just skip them.

Are those exclusive to womens clothing? I still present as Male  except when I am at home and on the weekend(not full woman yet, but I am more relaxed). So my wardrobe is really weird right now. I have a mix match of clothes.

I only wear pants that come up to my belly button.  I always have, even when I dressed as a guy, and even more so now that I wear only women's clothes.

When trying on pants in the store, I check that I can bend over without them riding down at the back.  Having pants that only came up to my hips would be weird.  And wearing pants that could come up to my belly button down on my hips would be too gangsta for me.

Stretchy pants up to your belly button. Everything is just *^$*& Women's stretchy blue jeans and slacks etc... They have to stretch or they come down when you bend down.

Also, while I myself am American I would like to point out that the word "pants" means underwear in British English and trousers in American English. From the context you've given I assume you are using it in the American sense.

I like them all, I really like my hip-huggers though.

Anyone will show a crack if they don't fit right. Plus, if your body shape is larger belly to narrow hips, don't wear them. They will drift and smile at the world. Wear higher-waisted slacks in that case.

The more butt, the better they stay.

I am not a fashion expert by any means, I speak only from personal appearance and attempts, except for when my wife wears hip-huggers that don't fit ... instant butt-crack (which is how I know 😀 ).

While the low-cut hiphuggers can look hot on some women, I just do not want to see anyone wearing pants that, when bending down, reveals the rear "coin slot."

Especially not of a male plumber working under my sink.

I went to trade school. Well back in the day I would have described myself as a bear before my hair thinned. I once had somebody be mean to me, and they told me  I should at least shave or wear something pretty lmao male humor. Thanks for the laugh.  ; 😀

I find wearing high waisted women's jeans in a stretch fabric works well for me.

But about the bending over butt crack issue, I cheat. I always wear a longish top or blouse to give me good coverage in the front and behind.

That way I always feel comfortable no matter what I am doing. (Mainly worried about the little bulge at the front.)

Hi,

I like New York and Company jeans and pants. I like the straight thin pants (for work) and jeans (for play) in size 10 tall. I only buy when it is buy one get one free.

It takes time to find a style and company that fits your body well. I have been on HRT for 5.5 years and am on the thin side. I spin 2 to 3 times a week and ruck once a week. So my legs are rocking and I am getting a little butt.

It takes exploring different company's and styles to find some the fit really well. It helps a lot to try on cloths or order several different and return what does not fit.

I ordered a winter coat from lands end one in large and one in extra large. I returned the extra large and kept the large. It was 50% off for a really warm parka that is beautiful and I love it. I think I look about as good as you can in a -22 coat. When the fitted down coats come on sale in the spring I will get one. Now I am looking at the different woman's coats on woman to see what brand and style I like the most. Do the same with pants.

I forgot that I had some of those, so after I posted this I went digging in my closet. I found a body shaper like a one piece swim suit, but it is cut out on the chest. I did buy a pair of mid raise jeans, but now my family says I have a camel toe, but they thought it was funny to call it camel bro.My dad keeps telling me, that I have to be tough, and he is preparing me.Oh, and the other one is a moose knuckle.
The ->-bleeped-<- that he says has me laughing. 🙂

Interesting question you ask, yes some pants can help for sure. As mentioned a high waisted pant would help cover the "Plumbers Crack" and I have done this as well. I went and got some NYDJ jeans from Nordstrom, those jeans they sell are of a stretchy jean fabric so the can work very well to smooth over things, plus that brand is more for matured Ladies and can adapt well to a male figure. The other thing which works super well is using a bodysuit to keep the shirt tucked in the pants. Bodysuits are amazing things which help hide that nasty coin slot. A company in the US has a wide variety of bodysuits for male and female. I use bodysuits all the time now, in string and full bottom. It makes for clean crisp look and paired with a good pair of high waisted jeans may help answer your question. Dear Drew:   I am so glad that your dad and you can have these kinds of "friendly" and "funny" conversations that revolve around your transition journey.   Not every transitioner has that kind of good fortune.
