Is limited depth gcs a low maintenance, like a orchiectomy, or do people still have to dilate. On normal GCS with a depth is the orgasm only felt in the clitoris or the vagina as well. This is so strange asking this question, so I will repharse it. What are low maintenance GCS options with ability to feel orgasm?I know it is ymmv, but I am interested in hearing from a source. If you would like to share please PM, I understand it could be a sensitive issue, and I do not want to offend anyone.

The cosmetic surgery has a shallow vagina for appearance but other than monitoring the healing, it doesn't require maintenance. The surgery should have a functional clitoris so an orgasm should be possible with that but a vaginal orgasm probably isn't possible.

On the plus side, the surgery is about half an hour shorter and recovery should be easer. If your not interested in vaginal sex, it's something to strongly consider.

Thanks, Dena  Could a person do that first then add depth later? I am getting weird feelings about a orchiectomy. I keep feeling I would get the surgery done, and then my scrotum would still get pinched in between my underwear like it does now.I would like depth, but I am horrible at keeping up with stuff already.I also read some posts on the internet that have shocked and disturbed me. I do not want to repost them on this forum, but I would like to ask about them.

And that is exactly what I plan to do!

A vagnia after the fact is a bit complicated. Some of the skin that could be used is no longer available so the doctor would have to look for skin from another source. Most common sources today would be a skin graft or the colon version of the surgery. Both are more invasive and leave you with more visible scars. If for any reason you might want a vagina it would be best to get it in the first surgery.

Hi Coffeedrew

I had a partial or shallow gcs 15 months ago. The procedure went without a hitch and healing was without complications. There has been no dilation required. I do have a very sensitive clitoris and play is fun. During our consultations before surgery I discussed the pros and cons of the cosmetic procedure vs full depth with my surgeon and her response was that a vaginal cavity could be added later using a skin graft from my thigh. She had done this with other patients without complications.

My choice of cosmetic vs full was based upon my age and that neither my partner nor I had interest in penetrative sex. Had I been younger I would have chosen a full depth procedure. I am pleased with my choices.

PM me if you have any specific questions that I could be of help with.

Thanks for responding. As always one question leads to more.
I also found some good information on ->-bleeped-<- about a orchiectomy
This is pre surgery thoughts. I am still a years away from any decision except maybe orchiectomy.
Full Depth
How about muscle control with full depth, and is it possible to clinch with it.Could a guy tell the difference or is that the beauty of dilating because it self tightens? Would a normal partner beable to tell if scar's were not visible from not shaving if nobody told. I mean on the outside it looks a 100% passable and only a trained doctor could tell from looking on the inside.

orchiectomy
Gender marker can be changed.
Price is good.
No more AAs
I was thinking the Inguinal one was a pretty good choice, but I believe I changed my mind. The scars are visible on pubic area. The simple version where the scar heals the almost the same as the penile raphe, and
the incision is made down the middle. The post surgery scaring was not even visible on posts I saw. They said all clothing was  good except some items just need two pairs of panties to reenforce everything on high profile stuff, but a 90/100 on the way clothing fit them, and other than that the skin shrinks with time. They said there's always an option of pulling it back out if people want to. They also brought up an awesome counterpoint about youth that was on blockers, and  saying they don't have much material to work with down there for future GCS, and they get surgery done just fine. With future GCS the simple orchiectomy scars would not be visible right?

Bad
No kids.
Finding a good surgeon.
Hrt for the rest of my life.

I cannot think of anything else.

I had a midline incision orchiectomy last year. Any urologist can do one, it's a very simple procedure. I happened to go with Dr Oates, who also performs GRS.

Just made an appointment with a urologist for first week in January, to see what can be done to/with my testes.
For month now, those little guys are hurting to the touch, I cannot find any cancerous growth when I palpate them (which hurts a lot).
I hope that the decission will be made to remove the buggers, and I hope that the health insurance will pay for it because it is a medial necessity (I hope).

Now I have an entire month to think about all the possible arguments i have to use to convince the urologist to decide the things need to leave my body!

Once they are gone, i will start to work on my official name and gender change!

I have made up my mind as well for the now, and I have a epidermoid  cyst that needs to be removed also.
I hope I can find a urologist that can do both.
Thanks everyone for your help.
Also if anyone has anything else to post feel free.
I still am considering long term options.

I plan on getting the orchiectomy for many of the same reason as the other girls. It is affordable and allows me to change my sex/gender marker. And I will finally be able to tuck! I got blessed or cursed with large genitalia. Depends how someone looks at it.

As far as worrying about lack of skin for full GRS there are foreskin restoration options that can be done. They are painless and work quickly if done correctly. If you are curious you can look up intactivism.
