Susan stated that political discussion about transgender rights in the USA is OK, she also stated that she will not allow political discussion that encourages the removal of rights, recognition of, or privileges to, transgender people.

However, I have to try and maintain some degree of civility on the Forum.
As long as I am Forum Administrator I will not allow personal abuse, name calling, denigration of opinion and argument off topic. I will not allow people to run their own political campaigns.
I will not allow people to hurl abuse. I see no reason to insult, trivialise or denigrate people and particularly transgender people.
What I do see are people who are worried, people who are afraid, people who are threatened and people who are lost. None of those feelings are helped by the comments that we see posted at the moment.
Moderators will close down any posts that break TOS10.
