We only have to define what overweight is.  I am ' and just a dab below 200 pounds, and I am considered to be mildly obese!

I plan to loose 20 pounds, which would bring me to 178 pounds!  At that weight point, i would look rather thin.  I know that because I had 179 pounds when I was around 25 years old, and was considered to look pretty thin.  But I would still be considered to be overweight!
The ideal weight for a 6' woman should be between 135 - 165 lbs.  I would look starved with that weight!

I feel that I am on a good track with my desired weight of 178 lbs, and my daily mug of coffee, and glas of red wine!  I plan to reach an age of 150 , to have enough time yo enjoy my femininity!
