I AM. I posted under another post on hip to waist ratio.  will say I have a long ways to go, I am currently about 5"10 and 179. I have been on a balanced diet since February 10. I started out at 192. I know it's hard to lose this dreaded belly fat, but I am on a mission. For a 66 year old I am determined.  I started HRT, just estradiol patch 1mg/24 twice week on March 10. So I know I have my job cut out for me. From what understand I have to lose my pre-existing belly weight as this will not redistribute to my hips, breast, or butt. But at same time gain weight for redistribution. This is confusing to me. As for hip to weist ratio, well I am weigh off, lol. My calculations have me at 1.06. Hips 40.06, waist 42.8. So much weight to lose, but I am determined.
I do a 7 minute arobics workout every morning. I eat typically 3 eggs and some fried sweet potatoes or some quinoa for breakfast,  protein drink for lunch, and either chicken, fish, ground beef and vegetables for dinner. This is my daily meal every day. 😊 I weigh myself every Monday morning. My goal is 153. That's what I read is ideal weight for my heihgt. I am more confused with the weight distribution part. I have lost weight but this belly fat is hard.
This is the workout I do every day.
