If transitions have theme songs, I am picking Defying Gravity from Wicked. For oh so many reasons. I do reserve the right to change my mind arbitrarily and with no notice. :-D

Even if we are not being physically attacked, there are still evil forces at work throughout the world that wish us harm.

We have all experienced this. We are all Veterans of the Psychic Wars.

Or maybe I just enjoy starting the day with banging drums and twanging guitars.  ;D

Maybe the journey isn't so much about becoming anything.
Maybe it's about un-becoming everything that isn't really you,
so you can be who you were meant to be in the first place.

First let me say, I am really impressed by the wealth of music and band knowledge that many of you have.  Bravo.

I have been through so many music phases in my life.  Today, I am really satisfied with music that is mellow and more earthy.  I subscribe to Amazon where I listen to the Modern Folk Music channel.  Some of it is way too poppy, but some of it is quite good. They used to have a channel called Mellow Folk which I liked much better, but they consolidated it away.

I also like a category called world music as long it is not all whale calls and the wind.  I'm not a fan of esoteric music.  It just does not speak to or move my sole.

When nothing else works for me, I can always fall back on Cat Stevens and Claude Debussy.
