So I'm having my gender assessment on Sunday, I'm pretty nervous because I feel I'm a tomboy of a woman. So I hope nothing holds me back. What should I expect during this?

Also I think it is probably in my head but I am starting to think it isn't... after telling my wife and finally realizing I can do this and be the real me, I already feel like my libido has gone way down. I have not been getting morning erections or really hardly any throughout the day. Whereas before I felt I needed almost get off one way or the other daily. Is this something anyone else has experienced?
