I've been on a small dose of transdermal T gel which we've titrated to result in mid-range feminine levels (~45 ng/dl), up from the rock bottom 10-15 I'd been at ever since I started hrt.

It has had a small positive effect on my libido but also doesn't seem to be the key to orgasm I'd hoped it might be and I've found I'm less mindful tho that could just as well be that life isn't always easy.

OK, so T in women lays a part in menstrual regulation, which is not so needed for us. But it also plays a part in your brain and low T levels are associated with lethargy and depression. Low T is also known to cause issues with attention, memory, and spatial ability. It also plays a major part in muscle development.

So yes, you need some T, you can't exist with zero.

people who only take estrogen, take immense doses to lower testosterone, I prefer to have to take a few doses of estradiol, and have my testosterone safe with hormonal blockers And so I'm sure I will not grow an Adam's apple, or have a beard or a raspy voice

And here's where you are less than correct. The levels of estradiol required to suppress T to female levels in most(95%+) people isn't all that high and does not require an "immense" dose.. Actually, I take the same dose as I did before I stopped antiandrogens - I just get better E2 levels and none of the side effects.
This is not medical advice. Always consult your doctor.

I don't understand the fear of having any amount of testosterone in your system in the MtF crowd.

Your body needs a bit of it, it's completely normal for all women to have a little bit of it.  It helps prevent osteoporosis, regulates some aspects of brain function, and more.  Freaking out because your blood test results are higher than zero is just silly.  Obviously you don't want to be in the normal male range, but a level of zero is not a good thing either.

I don't want to talk so much so, my testosterone is at 0.10 (other times at 0.05 and the minimum at a woman is 0.04).

As suppressors of puberty I am with decapeptyl since I was 12 years old, and with spironolactone since I started with estrogen 1 year ago.

But what good is having a little testosterone? we can't live without having any testosterone? the fact of knowing that there is a little of it I don't like, and I suppose that testosterone that I have is what I have in the adrenal glands, but it does not matter ...

I do not think age has anything to do with it, so just give me your views on why you think it's necessary to have testosterone in the body, apart from the reproduction that does not interest me because I know I'm sterile because my FSH and LH are suppressed

so, answer my question pls :3

You CAN  NOT get to zero Testosterone.  It is a  impossibility....and if you  could you would feel like crap...

Maybe with adults if they do that, but not with minors xd.

Anyway, mine is gender binarism, i feel a woman, and i'm a woman, and i wanna be the same like my girl partners, and maybe not all people are like that, but then do not call themselves "trans".

Trans, is to transition, it's like saying that because a man wears a dress, but does not feel gender dysphoria is already a trans person when gender dysphoria is the only thing that makes you trans.

If a person says they are trans whatever point in  the journey we should believe them.   Not try to tell them  they aren't trans because they aren't exactly like you.  We all get judged enough from society in general enough and shouldnt do it to each other
