Hello all

My fat has started to redistribute. My butt is starting to fill out.  What exercises should I be doing in order to tighten it up and make it look great?

Any advice is welcomed.

Your butt is great! I do squats feet shoulder width and wife apart and I do one with an exercise band around my knees where you use you muscles to stretch it out.

What works best for me are glute bridges with a dumbell on my hips.
I started with 25# and over time worked up to 55# for 50 reps/ day.

I use ankle weights and then lift my legs ( one at a time) backwards.  Sometimes this exercise is called reverse leg lifts,  rear leg raise,  kickbacks, or backward ballet leg lift.  This exercise is easy on the knees and easy on the back for us mature women :-*.  I'll lean on the dining room table or something for support and balance.

I have been doing squats, rear leg lifts, side leg abductions, and most important do something aerobic, like power walking or bicycle riding. I cannot jog  because of a titanium hip.

Do whatever works the gluts, calves and thighs.
