I feel this wonderful feeling around the bladder area. anyone else?

Hi,.

I get this feeling at about the level of my bladder at about the top edge of the pubic bone. It is very pleasurable and happens a lot when I stimulate my nipples. For some reason nipple stimulation easily triggers it. I am not sure if it is my bladder or something else. I do sometimes feel a need to pee like sensation but I think not all the time. It is really pleasurable and I think it is an orgasm but not like a male orgasm at all. This one comes in waves each one lasting a second or more sometimes. Also sometimes it is faster or slower. I like the really slow ones the most. I don't touch the male part at all. Just my nipples, but this feeling can also happen from having my skin touched, thoughts, and being told something nice.
 
Does anyone else feel this at or around the bladder area? Also when the orgasm happen there is no fluid released and I don't touch that part down there. The orgasm happen multiple times up to a point I never thought about counting them in total.

I have a similar feeling down there. I am post op for 3 years now.

It really does not matter if you are pre op or post op, your brain is the body's largest sex organ. What we feel and desire are all controlled or rather perceived and experienced in the brain. There are nerves running though this area and physical stimulation is sometimes a cause of pleasurable sensations, but as I said earlier all this is experienced in the brain.

Same here.  I think it's the prostate. New mothers experience contractions of the uterus while nursing.  Could this be similar?

I thought of the prostate too but looking at anatomy drawings the prostate is deep in the center of the body and its placement compared with the pubic bone it is located at the base level end of the pubic bone. My feeling feels upfront right at the top edge of the pubic bone. Which the bladder happens to almost like peek over at least from what I see in anatomy pictures. This is why I sometimes think it could be my bladder. The prostate looks more accessible from the rectum. Pressure on that area does nothing for me but pressure above my pubic bone triggers more good sensations once they started.

But if it is the bladder why would it respond like this to nipple stimulation?  Also the feelings started after I began estradiol valerate. Previously as male this never happened.
