Thanks for keeping us updated.

Those first few hours after surgery will probably stick in my mind forever and I am sure it will for you. I am glad it has all gone well for you and you are resting comfortably. Keep up the happy juice and rest as much as you can. Congratulations

Oh I am so happy to hear that everything went well for you!

And you totally are NOT going to remember yesterday or today lol. Take it easy and don't sweat the food orders, if you don't have it in, they will bug you about it and dirty secret is if you forget, they will get you something anyways.

I really can't imaging doing both submuscular implants and vaginaplasty at the same time! Right around the time the breasts start feeling OK it will be time to get that packing removed and dialate! Enjoy the button while you still have it

Thank you for keeping us all updated, Jessica, and above all, congratulations!  I know that this is something you needed to do on your path, and now it is done.  Rest, and heal.  Oh, and as others have said, the first days after surgery will be a hazy blur in a few months.

I don't recall much from the first week other than a couple visitors, and Nurse Chris doing his magic trick, pulling yards of fabric gauze from seemingly nowhere. ;)

I hope both you and Susan get plenty of rest.  This has been pretty intense for both of you.

Congratulations and wishing you a speedy healing.
I'm a gender confused guy who lives an hour north of Seattle.
I believe that I was influenced by DES. I have crossdressed in public a handful of times, see avatar picture (enhanced with FaceApp).
I don't plan on transitioning, no GRS, FFS, nor BA.
I consider myself TransFeminine. But reserve the right to change my mind at any time.  ;D

Dr. Ley dropped by around 8:15am. We talked and laughed for about 30 minutes. She said my surgery went smoothly, and I lost less blood than most. My breast implants are 425cc for both sides. Dr. Ley removed the ACE bandage from my chest and gave me instructions on breast massage. They are sore as hell, but look amazing! My pain pump will be removed after lunch, so I am trying to wear it out before then. I am feeling very tired and will take a nap soon, but I am also very happy.

The nurse removed my happy button today so now I must rely on vicodin, but I expect that will be enough. Susan has been simply awesome. She even smiles and giggles when she sees my new breasts!

The nurses just changed my dressings, which was actually somewhat frightening and caused me to begin shaking. There was a bit more blood than I had expected, but the nurses said everything looked fine. This is all new to me, and reading the experiences of others simply can't prepare you for such a personal experience. I am OK now.
