@930310 I am so very glad that you returned to the Forums in the last couple months after your long absence. I see that you originally joined Susan's Place way back in 2013 when you were just 20 years old...
.... It is very wonderful for me to read that you have been Full-Time now for a month.... I can speak from personal experience that being Full-Time is such a terrific experience finally living more freely as the woman that you now are with no secrets to hide.
You are not alone with not being able to find acceptance from your Dad. My own Dad still will not accept me, he still calls my by my dead-name and uses the wrong pronouns .... he will only speak with me (on the phone) very briefly and is obviously not pleased that his son is now a woman. Other immediate family members are not much better, and some of my old long time friend that knew me from before are no longer my friends. I do get immediate and wonderful acceptance from more extended family members and new friends and acquaintances.
When I became Full-Time over 2 years ago I quit my male-mode employment and relocated more than a thousand miles away as a woman to start my own Accounting business in a small rural town... overwhelming acceptance has be what I have experienced here from just about everyone in town and my business clients.
I have looked over your most recent posts and many videos of yourself that you have shared with all of us... I also took the time to look at some of your first postings as well. It is so enjoyable to see and to read how your transition has progressed so very well, with your voice, your appearance and with your transition life endeavors.
Thank you for sharing and posting. I will be looking forward to your future postings as you feel comfortable sharing with us.
Hugs and best wishes,
Danielle
