Two months on Marvelon, how come there's something out of my breasts?

Trans but not on HRT since.. since anything.

Been on Marvelon for two months, <dosage removed>

my breasts growed slightly, pretty small slightly (basically none), but this morning I milked,
why's that, this isn't HRT, birth control pills should do nothing, as acting as placebo, how come placebo is now affecting my breasts?

no hrt, no blockers, age 19, now I'm in deeply confusion

Hi S, my suggestion is to talk to your doctor about this. 
It is very important to include your doctor in any medication decisions, especially with hormone based ones.  Never self medicate, if that is what you doing.
