Megan!! You look great! What an awesome change!

If I may ask, did your hair grow back from HRT? It looks so full and thick compared to you pre-woman days!
Gender fluid. Pansexual. And finally beginning to understand and embrace me.

I did have FUE hair transplants to my crown, not to my hairline, which could still be better...

I think HRT (along with finasteride and minoxidil) have helped a bit too,  but it's hard to say how much.
It's still quite thin on top, so some judicious styling is required.

Pictures below from before and the morning after my transplant..

@Megan.
Dear Megan:
Wow...... interesting before and after pictures.

Question:
Was there a lot of pain and discomfort with that procedure?
It sure looks painful!!!

Hugs,
Danielle

Not really. They numbed up the top of my head before the procedure, that was the worse bit, after that just lying flat for a long time; but while it looks bad,  there was no real pain after at all. [emoji3526]

Glad to hear it didn't hurt too terribly. I've heard of hair regrowth on HRT, but I don't personally know anyone who claims it's happened to them. Me, I rely on wigs. And I've become pretty good at making them appear natural. But I'd love to have hair again.
