Swimwear/summer clothes advice needed

Hi, hope it's ok to post on here, but I was looking for advice for my SO. Story so far - he's been on E for 9 months, quite a lot of breast and bum development, and weight gain. He - and I- are worrying about clothing for the summer, especially swimwear. Important - he's not out, not even to our kids, so we're looking for suggestions of what he can wear to conceal the breasts as best as possible, especially when the kids will expect him to go into the pool. Is there anything? He's already buying binders to wear under T-shirts, but worrying about comfort and heat. And obviously he can't wear a binder with swim shorts. Is there anything around that he could wear that wouldn't look completely weird to teenage boys? I have googled trans swimwear and all I can find is things like bikinis/shapewear - NOT what we are looking for.

Hi! As a pre top surgery trans masculine person, I have similar concerns but from a different angle.
Depending on her chest size, a compression work out tank might be good? Maybe paired with a tshirt depending? You can always blame a fear of sun related skin cancer if anyone asks.
  To be honest, I havent gone swimming in years because of the dysphoria and lack of inclusive swimwear.

I have heard of something called a rash guard, which is basically a swimwear T-shirt.  It might be good to cover a binder.

Thanks, he's always been a factor 50 person in the sun anyway (he doesn't tan, just burns) so a rash guard top may be just the thing. He has often worn T-shirts in the pool in the past in any case (always hated exposing his body), so kids won't think it's weird. As long as they hold the boobs in.
