I could have posted this in my progress thread but, eh ......

Mondays at work I typically spend most of my time at my desk laying out things for the rest of the week .. no hands-on. So, I wore a nice top, skirt, and heels. Lots of compliments btw. Well, something came up and I had to go into our network center to physically check on some connections. I had to use one of those 'step-stool-on-wheels' to get high enough. Yeah, well, the little holes in the step are, you guessed it, the exact same size as my heels. Not thinking I stepped right up there and proceeded to have both heels go through and get stuck.  I had to twist around while on the steps to unbuckle them (yeah, not slip-ons) to get them off. Then I had to get them out of the holes without pulling the heels off. I spent the next half hour working barefoot :P

Just a day in the life ...... :D
I left the door open, only a few came through. such is my life.

Ugh yes. Ladders and heels. Lucky me, I have only done it in block heels and skirts.

At least, you had no building maintenance engineer sitting below the ladder staring up... I never wore skirts again to that place.
