I am wondering if doing certain types of workouts makes me evolve towards being feminine.
When I began crossdressing I started doing primarily lower body workouts without much upper body at all. I don't like the male meathead look, when I used to do incline press with heavy dumbbells my upper body got really strong with these bulging biceps but I was kind of disgusted by how I looked.
These days doing yoga and pilates with such high frequency I look in the mirror and my body has become very feminine with thick legs and a slender upper body. Its fascinating how the human body can be transformed.
