You know those Maleficent cheekbones from the movie?  Someone ought to produce those, but just normal looking to add a few millimeters of volume to that area.  I guess it depends on how far you want to take the illusionist approach, minus injections etc.   They make silicone boobs, why not cheekbones.  It would do more to sell the illusion than the boobs, imo.  I don't know how well it would work as a commercial product though, because peoples faces are shaped slightly differently, and high end appliances are custom made, with lots of mold making and casting involved.  Then you just peel off your face like in the alien movies and return to work as Fred the next day.  :D
