That might be a good thing. It suggest that what you're feeling isn't in your head and has a real physical cause. Possibly my call on Chronic Fatigue Syndrome is right and your body is busy fighting an infection that it can't quite get rid of. If your doctor is unable to explain what the problem is you should ask for a hematologist. Keep us updated on your status.

Many people at the University tell me I'm too angry at people and in confusion. That actually made me even more angry. I mean obviously I'm frickin vangry. I don't want to be but my health situation is so bad and I'm so depressed that it's very hard not to snap at people.
I know I shouldn't be angry (anger even at parents) but I'm in such a bad position that I don't know how to get of it.

Tell me, is this anger illogical?

Maybe it's not anger but instead frustration. There are times when nothing seems to go right in life and you can get irritated because not only are you not get anywhere in life but your moving backwards. It's difficult but the only way out of is to take stock of the good things you still have in life and then look at the problems and try to deal with them one at a time.

As I said above, it looks like you may have found the start of a solution. It appears your body has a chronic infection that it can't quite get rid of. Might be an antibiotic or anti fungi is needed to treat it and if so, there is hope. It will really depend on the next round of test to determine what microscopic thing is attacking your body. Unfortunately there is a long list of things that can cause a low white blood cell count so the doctors may need a little more time to track it down.

So yesterday I went to a nephrologist. She read all the tests I had done so far she said I don't have any problems with my kidneys. She did prescribe a special multivitamin and also told me to have an ultrasound of my adrenals.

I also went to a psychiatrist, told him everything about my situation and prescribed Zoloft (sentraline) for my intense stress. He told me that I should definitely feel better (stronger) within a month. He also told me I need to do something about my GID issue ASAP.

So im thinking what part time job I could do with this deep rage and anger.
