Always stay cheerful, be polite, kind, and understanding. Accepting yourself as the woman you are is very liberating.  Never underestimate the appreciation and respect of authenticity.  Help connect a person to someone that may be able to help that person.  Be brave, be strong.  A TRUE friend is a treasure.  Relationships are very important, people are important, and the sooner we all realize that the better off the world will be.  Try a little kindness.  Be generous with your time, energy, wisdom, and resources.   Inconvenience yourself to help someone.   I am a brown eyed, brown haired woman.

Flat inspection sometime this morning ,between 9 and 2 they said. Had a shower early just in case! Off shopping in a bit, you can bet they come when I am out. Will leave them a note about "faults" TBH same as last few years.

Tis true, no matter what it is, they don't care about your life or schedule, it's all about their time.

Wouldn't surprise me if my surgery date was picked because of my birthday. I fooled them, I still had time to finally meet up with two other online friends in person and made a day of it.

@davina61  Pain levels are low, at least until the meds start wearing off

@Pema  thanks and thanks for popping in. The more the merrier. Yes, I already feel more like myself, as soon as I woke up. Even with the pain meds and ice packs I could tell

Left everyone hanging, didn't I.

Still doing pain management. The dressing was removed today and got my 1st sitz bath followed by a shower. Catheter and stent removal is tomorrow. I didn't take a peek, not much to look at yet anyway.

I've had trouble loading this site, I wasn't ignoring anyone.

I am back home, healing progressing normally. I can't do much yet, no sitting 😩 and I can't stand for long periods. Reclining is my only relatively comfortable position.

Cleared to work from home the next 2 months. Lets face it, even discounting the pain & healing, could you imagine dilating anywhere except at home? 😱

At times it is hard to login.  Probably maintenance or lots of users are the causes.

Yes! I've been wondering how you were getting along. I'm very glad to know that you're home and all is well. Thank you for letting us know.

Keep healing and dilating. I hope work doesn't feel like too much of a burden.
