Not sure if it's just me? Did anyone else experience small changes after they started wearing women's clothing? I've noticed my nipples tend to get perky and stick out more. I've also noticed a couple other very minute changes to myself after I first started presenting female and before any medical intervention. Is it possible for our bodies to make changes on it's own in some way or am I just weirder than I thought?

I can attest to the fact that your experience is not unique.  Our bodies produce estrogen naturally and some reactions like this may be something our body does on its own.  Our state of mind may affect  our body and certainly can affect out perceptions.

Given that I started wearing over half a century ago, I don't recall, but I don't think I experienced what you describe.
I'm a 65 year old male who has been thinking about SRS for many years.  I also was a  full cross dresser for a few years.  I wear a bra, pantyhose and nail polish daily because it just feels right.

Finding Lauren

Lisa,

I started to think my nipples were maybe more sensitive, and got interested.  I found on line that women with insensitive nipples use fenugreek oil.  I tried that for a while and now they are very sensitive.  They do stick out slightly more.  I just love it.  It makes me feel more feminine, and that makes my clothing seem more meaningful.  One just builds on the other in a fun way.
Enjoy the journey and leave a trail of crumbs for us to follow.

Hello again Lisa

Just like Anne I started well before puberty and this did not apply to me then. The only feeling I felt at the start was complete elation. So essentially a mental benefit. However even as a child, I was told by several people that I looked feminine.

I guess the change I noticed most was that more people started to categorize me as female. Also, high heels did affect the way I walked and stood, and I guess my waist may have shrunk partly due to that.

As for other changes—bodily sensations and such—I don't remember noticing any.
