Winter02

Hi,

My name is Winter.

Just recently, I went through the process of discussing surgeries and what it is I want.

No biggie right?

Well, here's the problem:
I made the mistake of trying to using facial editing apps. Bad idea.
Now, I'm sitting here, wondering if surgery will even help. I feel terrible.

So please, take a lesson from my mistake. Don't try to use mobile apps to edit your face. Especially, if you wnat to know what you'll look like after ffs or other procedures.

They will discuss all of that with you when the time comes.
The pre- surgery jitters are real. And its totally normal. You will have to acclimate to your new look afterwards. You are (as my sister says) moving into a more comfortable you.

Hope this encourages others and not confuses them...

Hi, Winter!

Welcome to Susan's Place.

Yes, those apps can show you one or two out of many possibilities.  What you actually end up with depends on your bone structure, your soft tissues, and the skill of your surgeon.  Much better to find out from your surgeon what the likely outcome will be than to get your hopes up on the output of an app.

I wish you good luck on your upcoming surgery.

Please feel free to stop by the Introductions forum to tell the members about yourself.  Here is some information that we like to share with new members:
