This is a survey requested by Dietlind for an organisation she is involved with. It seeks to provide support for disadvantaged women entering the work force. If you wish to participate please send replies to the email that is listed.

This survey is to be used to gather information on services the nonprofit organization Dress for Success
can provide to transgender women of all ages. Dress for Success helps all women who need help to get
into the working world, and to become self sufficient females.
Dress for Success is aware that transgender women might need slightly different, or more help, to
become self sufficient, than cis women do. We try to find out what this might be, to enable us to
include it into our program. All help we provide to any women is free of charge, and does not require
the participant to sign any contract.
We are currently in the process of developing a pilot program, which is also geared to help transgender
women. We will initially start in South West Florida, from our local subsidiary..If we are successful in
helping transgender women with their professional needs, we will roll the program out nationally, and
later globally.
Sorry, we do not help transgender men, because our mission as an organization has the purpose, to
empower females!

1) are you able to obtain clothing that you would need for a job interview?

2)are you able to obtain the required undergarments to be dressed professionally?

3) are you able to obtain all specific undergarments you need as a transgender woman, to present in a
professional female appearance, for the case that you are pre op/non op?

4) are you able to obtain all the accessories (handbags, jewelry, etc). you need to present a professional
appearance?

5) are you able to obtain job specific clothing (scrubs, etc.)?

6) do you need help in learning how to apply appropriate makeup, to be prepared for a certain job?

7) do you need help in finding your professional clothing style you would need for a certain job
environment?

8) do you need help in learning how to present yourself as a woman in a professional job environment?

9) do you need help/training for writing résumés and job applications?

10) do you need to build up confidence to be able to handle a job interview as a female?

11) do you need help to build up self esteem and confidence as a transgender woman in a work
environment?

12) do you need help in learning job interview skills to be able to participate successfully in a job
interview?

13) do you feel you need to do training job interviews to build up your interview skills?

14) are there any subjects you feel you need to learn or need help with as a transgender woman, which
are different to the needs cis women in the same situation have? If so, please list all the objects and
situations you feel you need extra help with to successfully manage to be offered a job that pays at least
living wages?

Cindy can I say "yes" to all above by way of search engine "^up"?

Started new part time job last week always liked the  *unisex dress code idea" with another PT job in the works! (Well am allowed to wear a matching khaki colored skirt but no-one does restaurant work is 'ell! )
"But it's no use now," thought poor Alice, "to pretend be two people!
"Why, there's hardly enough of me left to make one respectable person!"
