CARLSBAD - A Carlsbad man wearing women's' clothing was charged for
leading police on a car chase through Carlsbad alleys Wednesday night,
sometimes with his headlights off, a police report stated. Manuel D. Ramirez, 60, of the 2400 block of Primrose, was allegedly driving around Carlsbad in a 2000 Ford Ranger pickup truck and stopping in the middle of the streets.
