I still eat Spam. Fried and covered in peaches is my fav. I know my tastes are weird but I also like scrapple. And take a statin for my cholesterol.  :)

Spam is a comfort food for me and my family.  It always reminds me of the many camping trips my family took when I was growing up where a dinner staple was Spam and Spaghetti.

And yes- I do make S'Mores for dessert some days too!

These days I usually have about a dozen cans of Spam just in case I can't get to the market.
I usually make Spam Musubi.  I also to eat it with a brown sugar and mustard glaze.

I miss the halcyon days of the lost years, where Sara's food discussion was normally on the merits of beef barbecue over any other. say pork. I feel a sadness discussion meat in a can...
