I'm so happy, that today, after a full day of phone calls, and navigating websites, I have medical insurance that I can somewhat afford!  I still have to figure out how I can earn a minimum of $80 every month in addition to the full time job I'm working, so that I can pay my rent, but one problem at a time.

So, now, I can restart my HRT and get the much needed estrogen back inside my body!  Side note:  After I was doing some googling about various medical conditions, I discovered a lack of estrogen in the body can cause inflammation.  So I'm getting a triple whammy of this crud.  I've got psoriasis, plantar fasciitis, and a complete lack of hormones in my body. (since December).

All I have to do is wait until April to book my next appointment (when my policy becomes active).  I can sleep well tonight.

That is good news!  Health insurance is my major expense now that I've retired and the house is paid for.  Fortunately I'm pretty well off as finances go but that is how it is these days.

Dear Kaitlyn:
What your reported is really terrific news regarding your medical insurance.
Once the month of April arrives and your medical insurance becomes active
you can soon get started on your HRT.

I am wishing you well with supplementing your income with that additional $80 each
month to assist you with your rent.

Please keep me and the rest of your followers updated, but only as you feel
comfortable sharing.

I will be eagerly looking for your future postings around the Forum.
Warmly,

Danielle [Northern Star Girl]

I will say that the withdraw from HRT has been brutal.  Because I take Estrogen, and haven't since December -- lack of funds, and then to find out that my Medicaid was "canceled", it's been a while.  The effects I've noticed are:

1.  Extreme violent thoughts and anger.
2.  Uncomfortable morning waking discomfort.  (How to say this without being vulgar?)
3.  Inability to cry.
4.  Constant state of depression.
5.  Total lack of motivation to do anything.
6.  Mono-emotion.  I don't feel anything besides... resting *itch face?
7.  Loss of physical sensation.

I'm sure I'm forgetting some things, but it's been a long three months.

Dear Kaitlyn:
It will be a short time for the HRT to kick in again for you...
...and while that is happening enjoy the body and mind changes
they present themselves.
