(Posted Jan. 14) When I was originally trying to put my thoughts together about what to focus this piece on, I had every intention of focusing on current politics, or capitalism, or something else of that nature. But in light of the recent unfortunate situation of a transgender student here at SUU encountering issues while pursuing student housing, I decided to focus on an issue that perhaps does not receive the news coverage that those other issues might.
