Due to a high PSA(prostate) level, My local doctor had sent me to a urologist. It was decided it would be best for me to get a MRI done. This was scheduled before I had my appointment with the Veteran's health center.
The good news is that there is no cancer, but there is evidence of severe inflammation. I have a large 5cm bladder stone. I also have damage on the outside of one kidney. I need to get an appointment to discuss option of getting rid of the bladder stone.
I had just recently changed my diet to eliminate all soy oil, which means no bread, or buns. I found a video on how to detox my liver, and found that the garlic bites back.

The strangest thing is that after the MRI, MyChart had a notice that my mammogram was overdue. MyChart has me listed as transgender female, and I have never had a mammogram before. Though MyChart shows that I do take female vitamins and supplements. At this time I'm only going to say that it is a very strange coincidence.

As long as I'm here, I have a couple other concerns. One is that it seems I can't get a nice looking nail polishing result. I had an orange color that I got from Dollar General, and I was getting a lot of brush streaks. I once painted a model car with a paint brush, and that turned out better than my nails.
Thinking about this today, I realized it was the same color that I had painted my motorcycle, Orange in honor of Bronson, A TV show from the 1960s. Continuing the thoughts, it also the same color of the Great Northern Railway locomotives. I never did get my locomotives painted, due to the fact that I broke both wrists. And a final thought that I could use masking tape to mask off my nails and use the airbrush to paint my nails whatever color I want, including caboose red.
Really it might just be the quality of the paint, and the type of brush. The paint for the model trains is water based acrylic, and unknown how it would last in soapy water.

One other thought, It doesn't bother me at all to go to a store with my nails painted, and my bra half stuffed, while carrying a purse. I have been to many stores while wearing a skirt and shirt. I do have some dresses, but I have not stepped outside the house wearing a dress.

If your nail polish is leaving brush strokes, it is too thick. Maybe it is old and dried out a little. Best to just get a new bottle, or you can try adding a few drops of nail polish remover to thin it out. Think about your model paints. When the paint was too thick it left brush strokes, right? Same thing.

I have used MyChart in the past too. It is just a computer program. When they indicate female or transgender female in your chart, it starts tracking all the female-type tests. It is annoying because all of my tests were being done through the VA. I didn't need a stupid app sending me incorrect messages. Don't worry too much about it.

I am sorry to hear about the stone and kidney issue. It's a relief that it is not cancer. Hopefully, the doctors will get you fixed up and good as new real soon. Good luck!
My Life is Based on a True Story

Maybe the journey isn't so much about becoming anything.
Maybe it's about un-becoming everything that isn't really you,
so you can be who you were meant to be in the first place.

Hope you get the bladder stone sorted quickly, that can be very painful to live with..

As for MyChart, I live in the same state as you and the 'Gender Identity' category is editable by yourself. In fact, the information is derived from what you input so you may of selected Transgender female at some point - by doing that, it will schedule you (if your over 40) for a Mammogram. As all females (transgender or not) should have one every few years at least.. See my post a few weeks ago about mine!.. (My chart also has Legal Sex and Sex assigned at birth as well) All this is found in the Personal Information >> Details about me..    There is an edit button at the bottom if you wanted to change anything.

You bought your nail polish at the Dollar Store.. that's why it is not good.. Unfortunately nail polish is, on the whole, what you pay for is what you get. Other paints will not hash it as nail polish has been developed especially to form a nice even coat that is resistant to water. There is a reason why we use nail polish and have done for over 100 years and a reason good ones cost over $10.. As for masking, you can by some liquid latex in a small bottle for not very much.. you paint this around the sides of your nail and then when you finished painting the nail, simply pull off the latex and you have perfect nails.. it is great when you are just starting out - however, you soon get the hang of it and can paint them evenly quite quickly. But the latex will help. Different people will have different favourite brands of polish (I like Esse) but really the best advice is to get yourself a nice clear top-coat (a Sally Hansen Tough as Nails for eg).. and after you have painted them, apply that. Most work as a base coat too.. Again, they are not too much money and make the paint look nicer and last a whole lot longer. Of course, you can then move onto 'gels'.. these things are cured by a UV light and are getting towards the more professional side of things (Its what I use most of the time now). Of course, you cannot beat going to a nail parlour and having them done properly, that is real pampering for around $70 you can get a full set of acrylics done, which will look amazing and last a good 6 weeks.
Oh no I've said too much
I haven't said enough

Finally remembered to get a consultation appointment with the urologist. It may be that all I need to do is drink more water.
A much bigger problem with the nail polish. It turns out that it wasn't a problem with brush strokes, I have deep ridges in my nails. Need to remember how to paint, Primer/base coat, then two color coats, finally a top coat.

As soon as I changed my gender marker with the doctor, my chart started saying I was overdue for a mammogram. I just ignore it. My nails had some ridges in them until I took a emery board/file and lightly filed them down smooth. I also agree with LoriDee, when the polish gets old and thick its hard to get a nice even coat.

Actually, MyChart was started July 1st, 2023. That's when I ended up in the emergency room with two broken wrists. The doctor in the emergency room put transgender female into MyChart. On the same day, they helped with my application for veteran's health care. My preferred name, Michelle was put into the Application.
Looking at MyChart, I have a condition listed as Gender Dysphoria since January 17, 2024.
