Do you prefer ice cream, frozen custard, or reduced fat iced cream (ice milk)?

Ice creams need at least 10% fat content in the USA to be labeled as ice cream.

Soft serve is typically 5% fat, so it is called reduced fat ice cream, the older term is ice milk.

Then there is gelato, right?
Always stay cheerful, be polite, kind, and understanding. Accepting yourself as the woman you are is very liberating.  Never underestimate the appreciation and respect of authenticity.  Help connect a person to someone that may be able to help that person.  Be brave, be strong.  A TRUE friend is a treasure.  Relationships are very important, people are important, and the sooner we all realize that the better off the world will be.  Try a little kindness.  Be generous with your time, energy, wisdom, and resources.   Inconvenience yourself to help someone.   I am a brown eyed, brown haired woman.

Okay, sounds good.

There is something called boba or bubble tea that I am curious about also.

You need to try what we in the UK call "Angel Delight". It's the closest thing you have in the US to "pudding"

No, you don't ever want to go down that road, Chrissy. It's a kind of tea using tapioca. It's what minorities use when they want to celebrate living on like 100 calories a day. It's really silly, but very high fantasy.

Ice cream. I never understood "reduced fat" or "low fat". I want it all. Do not skimp on the fat.
Fat has been demonized in the dieting world by people who do not understand how important it is. Fat is good for you in the proper proportions. Not trans-fat or any of the genetically modified, hydrogenated stuff. That is the evil stuff.

So please give me the whole 100% fat milk. The extra 25% fatty ice cream. I want it all. I'm trying to grow boobs here, not fit into skinny jeans.  ;D

I very much agree with you, Lori, I've lost 45lbs over the last 6 months, and have not given up a bacon sandwich!!!!

It's non-dairy ice cream for me.  Hold over from my vegan days.

Fat can be good in food.  Seems to make steaks taste a bit better when it is not extremely lean.
Salmon has "good fat."

Boobs thrive on fat for volume.  Too much is not a good thing though.  I do not want a backache.

Fat in meat is what makes it juicy. I enjoy Bison and it is a naturally lean meat. But that means it must be cooked with care or you end up with a hockey puck.
