Yes, they are the only kind of biscuits I really can eat. Most of them aren't super sickly sweet. Depending on the brand. They were called Digestives because back in the mid 1800s, they were believed to aid digestion due to ingredients they had in them. But then back in those times, Radium was thought to be just a way to glow in the dark and make you healthier... so take that as you will. It's a bit of a misnomer.
All I know is that "Proper" digestive biscuits aren't overly sweet, and are very good for dunking in a fine cup of freshly brewed Colombian coffee.
