Always stay cheerful, be polite, kind, and understanding. Accepting yourself as the woman you are is very liberating.  Never underestimate the appreciation and respect of authenticity.  Help connect a person to someone that may be able to help that person.  Be brave, be strong.  A TRUE friend is a treasure.  Relationships are very important, people are important, and the sooner we all realize that the better off the world will be.  Try a little kindness.  Be generous with your time, energy, wisdom, and resources.   Inconvenience yourself to help someone.   I am a brown eyed, brown haired woman.

Not seen courdroy for a long time. Remember it being the clothing of a rebel in the 60s! My friend's big  brother was sent home from school for wearing courdroy trousers & "looking like a Roaring Stone" by the headmaster!

I do.  I know that some loathe this fabric but it is comfy.

I learned a few years ago that there are wide and thin wale cords.  You can look that difference up in case you are curious.

Flannel lined jeans are good to wear in the cold months for sure.

I have one in a red wine color too.
I enjoyed a pretty shade of purple one but I went down a size so I donated it.

No. I have big legs, and everyone within 10 miles would hear me coming.

It is a bit more casual dress today so I wore to work pretty wine red corduroy pants and a nice blouse.  I have a sweater too.

I wear cords more often during the cooler months than the warmer months.  These are thin wale cords.

Have a terrific day!

That stuff, to most UK people, is the sign of the devil. Also known as secondary school Geography teachers. Especially with the leather elbow patches on the corduroy blazers.

I am glad that evil perspective does not apply for this in the USA.

The elbow patches on the corduroy blazers adds a nice finishing touch for the profs.

You never went on field trips with these people, thank god. They could sap the warmth from an ice cube.
