Easy to make and can be kept in fridge for days
Ingredients
Bananas
Condensed milk
Fresh cream
Biscuits ( us cookies )
Butter
Cake dish
Heat the condensed milk to create the toffee ( open the tin a little to let out steam )
Melt the butter in microwave and mix in biscuits ( cookies ) to make the base
Slice the bananas in half and place around the tin till you fill all Inc the centre
Whip the cream until peaking
Put the toffee caramel all around the bananas until you fill it
Then place the cream on top.
You can add on top chocolate if you wish
Place in the fridge and leave
And you have a banoffee pie
