Bras for beginners, part one: how to find your correct band size

I wear forms exclusively, or more recently a breast plate that I have fallen in love with because it opens up so many possibilities for bras.

Do I have different bra sizes? Yes, because I have ended up with different sized forms over the years.

Typically I will wear forms about twelve hours a day. Most of my waking hours.
