Julie,

I have not tried pizza with pineapple topping.  I do enjoy pineapple however.
I have had grilled pineapple.  As well as pineapple upside down cake.

Do enjoy your pineapple pizza!

Chrissy

Absolutely NOT!!! Never ever! Pineapple is wonderful in many foods but NEVER EVER on pizza!!

I am not sure I made that clear... NO PINEAPPLE ON PIZZA EVER!

I'm sure everyone can understand now.

And NO CHICKEN either.

A few years ago I was in a Pizza joint and they served a Hawaiian Pizza....  Pineapple and Ham along with a few other toppings.... it was great tasting!!!!!
I have not seen that in any other pizza place since then.

If I ever get you a pizza Laurie, I will make sure that it does NOT have any pineapple on or in it.
No pineapple.  Absolutely none.   :)    No poi either.

Laurie,

You don't know what you're missing.  So goooood.:)

Plus with the sausage you have sweet and spicy.

Hawaii pizza has been around for a long time and that is ham and pineapple.  But I did invent the pineapple and Sausage one.  LOL

Try it you'll like it.  Again, so good....

Has anyone tried a hamburger pizza?

It is sometimes listed as beef, and it is for sure not sausage or Italian sausage.

It was okay.

Laurie might like it, as it had no trace of pineapple.   :)

She is such a good cook, ever see her cooking pictures?  Wow.

Pepperoni and/or Italian sausage, roasted peppers and onions, sometimes onions, spinach, basil and tomato, and of course always a nicely seasoned tomato sauce, mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.

The best way to reheat pizza may be dependent on the type of pizza (depth, crust type, etc.)

What do you think the best way to reheat pizza is?  Assume you had the pizza in the refrigerator overnight (so it is now cold)  and the pizza is still good and safe to eat.

I like a 350 degree oven. I put the pizza on a pizza pan or heavy cookie sheet and put it in the oven for 8 minutes with a thin crust or 12 minutes for a regular crust. This will vary somewhat on your oven temperature. If I were reheating a bunch of pizza, I have a pizza stone I would preheat and place the pizza directly on it. Using this method, no soggy crusts.

Ooooo, I love this thread!

I have 2 pizzas. Before I became a vegan, I loved:
Marinara sauce
Mozzarella and Parmesan
Pineapples
Anchovies
Olives

However, I also loved the "gourmet vegetarian" pizza that Papa Murphy's used to make before they closed down near my town. So, now I make a home variant:
(vegan) Alfredo sauce
(vegan) Mozzarella and Parmesan
Artichoke hearts
Onions
Olives
Zucchini
Tomatoes
Spinach
If you ever feel like you're unloved, message me. Reach out to me. Seriously. I love you. I'll listen to everything to need to say. I'm running on California time, and I'm a full time student, so if you're expecting a reply, please be patient. But I'll always reply. Thinking of you.

I would now say lots of mozzarella cheese, Italian sausage, sometimes mushrooms, and perhaps onions.  I will eat pepperoni on a pizza but I do not think I would order it that way unless it is part of some "meat speciality pizza" that a group I am out with wants to get.

Although pineapple on pizza did taste good for the first slice, after that it was not that pleasant.  I conclude that I would never order a pineapple pizza, but if I had to eat a small piece, I might, if I was hungry or did not want to offend a host providing it.

I vote NO for pineapple on pizza!

Eat pineapple by itself!
