Is there anywhere a CIS male can go to get makeup professionally done.  As I am just beginning this journey of femininity, I am clueless in the what and how of applying makeup and would like to go somewhere for assistance.  Is this a possibility?

YES! Many makeup retailers offer makeovers and are trans-friendly. They view it as an opportunity to teach you how to do it and a way to demonstrate their products to a potential customer.

Check with places like Sephora, Ulta, and possibly Sally's. Some may offer "classes" on a particular day, but you can also ask for an appointment.

This time of year is good for people who might be shy about asking for makeup help. Remember that they don't know if you are trans, into drag, dressing up for a costume party, or whatever. They don't care.

Check into it and let us know how it worked out for you.

No, I just tried some there.  None done by them.  That is, no complete face done by them.

However they are generally helpful.

That's a great question and one I've been contemplating. Make up is the next stage. I think I dress quite nicely now (one day I'll tell you about my first dress...) but make up I've only ever dabbled, lippy smeared across my lips and cheeks, mascara in my eyeballs that kind of thing!!?
L'Oréal I found tonight do a face scan on your phone and tell you what foundation you need for your skin tone. That was fun and we all need solid foundations apparently!
