Around 1 p.m. Monday, a man wearing a dress walked into the women's locker room surprising Mary Ann Ondray who was drying her hair. "I could see his muscles, I could see his large hands. He was wearing a blue ruffled skirt that came down to above the knee.

I have to wonder.  The person's description was too vague to really tell if they were TG and trying to pass or a rightwingnut who wanted to make a scene.

Could also have been some kind of predator or fetishist.  Or maybe just a guy who lost a bet, lol!

Let think the best of this person until we hear otherwise. Calling someone a predator or Fetishist is a bit harsh without any facts. Heck - sometimes I wonder if I am the same Fetishists that has gone way to far.

What I gather from this person was that he was trying to prove something. That any man, dressed in womans clothes can go into the womans locker room at a gym and catch a peek. He was a man who was part of the club. They had a family room, but he didn't use it. I would think that any pre op TS would have gone into the family room, as they would not have wanted to be read.

No TS would would pass so little would do that!
