As I do periodically, I bought some Tranzwear last year. After a couple of months, I sent an email for a status check and got an answer immediately. The order arrived soon after. I didn't really mind waiting because I like the products and figure that running a small specialty business must be tough.
In October, I ordered again, expecting further delays because of Christmas. Well into the new year, I checked the calendar and realized that I'd been waiting for something like four months. Perhaps the order had been lost in transit? I tried to install PayPal's tracking app but was unsuccessful, so I finally requested a status report. This time, I got no reply.
I can always send another email or even place a new order, but I don't want to waste my money if the company is in trouble. I'm wondering whether anyone else has done business with these folks lately. Good experience, bad, still waiting--I'm just looking for information.
