I can assure you all i am so grateful and blessed to have gotten a WFH job with Progressive Insurance and one of my batch members (we work in Insurance sales for major commercial lines) is FTM and i am MTF: such an incredible work environment of mindful people from the top down. Highly recommended checking their work from home roles.

We have another member who worked for them. They said the same things, that it is a great company to work for.

That would be me! I've worked for Progressive nearly 19 years, and had no issues at all during my transition. The company now has about 60,000 employees, and we're still growing. About 95% of our employees work from home. Last week I sent an email to our CEO, and she responded within a few hours. I doubt there are many other companies where that would happen. They also have pretty good health insurance. If you are interested in working for a company where people are encouraged to lead authentic lives, please check out what Progressive has to offer.

Love always -- Jessica Rose
