Hi One and All My mum and I both love cheese. I guess I inherited that trait from her. She enjoyed watching how various cheeses were made and I found myself fascinated by it too.
Here is a story from when I was working in Sydney. I got a contract located in Wollongong about 85 kilometers (53 miles) from Sydney and every day I traveled there by train.
Every Friday after work we had a small gathering with snacks, cheese and drinks. Before this time in my life I had never tried blue cheese and was reluctant to do so. However, on one occasion I was asked to try the ubiquitous blue cheese. I finally gave in and to my utter amazement it tasted like the food of the gods.
To this day blue cheese is one of my favorite cheeses. It never fails to bring me joy and of course a cheesy grin
Best Wishes AlwaysSarah BGlobal ModeratorPS If you only knew Chrissy, how wonderful blue cheese tastes like.
PSS Blue cheese origin is France. Stilton cheese origin is UK, but still a blue cheese.
