I've visited Waterton National Park on the Canadian side. It is a three hour drive from Calgary.

I should travel more.

Trouble is, this cost money.

This takes time.

But, some money and time should for sure be spent having fun.  Right?

San Louis Obispo (also known as SLO) is worth a visit.

It has many beautiful historic buildings. I lived in Atascadero for many years. "Atascadero" translates to "mud hole".  ;D

Just north of there is the town of Paso Robles. My daughter got to be an extra during the filming of My Blue Heaven. She got to meet Rick Moranis while she was there.

SLO has an interesting toy store.  Games, kits, figures, etc.  more than just for kids.
I think it is a place called Tom's.

I drove through it. On my last tour of duty in Germany, I shipped my car to Bayonne, NJ. I flew into New York and took a bus to Bayonne. In Germany, they weren't using leaded gas, so back in the States, I had to have my catalytic converter reinstalled. After a quick emissions test, I was on the road. I drove from Bayonne, NJ, to Monterrey, CA. Western WY is mountains and quite beautiful. Eastern WY is hot, dry, windy, and the antelope are beautiful.  ;D
