Hi,
Lately, I have been getting warning letters from my supervisor for not complying with the company's policy (made up) and HR doesn't respond and they always side with the direct manager. I was laid off by my previous company many times because of how I look and they take me back only when they are in a pinch. Sometimes I cave in and just do what they want because I need money. I live with my parents (I am pushing 30s) and sadly, they make it obvious that I overstayed my welcome and should get married. I can't apply to other jobs as well, because my gender comes into question in a binary country.
I will not go into details because some of it is gory and I don't feel well when I remember them.
I tried to search for similar NGO but the results were confusing and unclear, especially when it comes to the Middle East.
I already contacted rainbow railroad with my situation and in the process of verification but they are lengthy, due to high demand. So, I wanted to check other options or what I can do in the meantime.

We have an entire forum for Support Groups. Granted, many of them are U.S. based because this site is located in the U.S.

Perhaps this post will have something helpful. If not directly, perhaps one of these organizations can refer you to someone in your area.
