My HRT in the UK was the same as my HRT in the US: estradiol tablets.

When I transferred my prescription to the health system in Spain, the pharmacy told me they send it out for compounding, which surprised me. Sure enough, I got these adorable little capsules.  ;D 

I've never seen estradiol dispensed this way, and  they're the smallest capsules I've ever seen. Picture attached below.

Anyone want to come snort a line of estradiol?  :laugh:  :laugh:  :laugh:

Lower cost seller perhaps.
Always stay cheerful, be polite, kind, and understanding. Accepting yourself as the woman you are is very liberating.  Never underestimate the appreciation and respect of authenticity.  Help connect a person to someone that may be able to help that person.  Be brave, be strong.  A TRUE friend is a treasure.  Relationships are very important, people are important, and the sooner we all realize that the better off the world will be.  Try a little kindness.  Be generous with your time, energy, wisdom, and resources.   Inconvenience yourself to help someone.   I am a brown eyed, brown haired woman.

On that note, a fifty day supply here is about €4.50. The  compounding pharmacy has a minimum quantity, so you get the whole batch. In my case that's fifty days, not a month.

For 90 days of tablets it is $12 USD here for me in the USA.
