Why are so many gay men under 30 still getting HIV, as the New York City health department recently reported? How can we explain a whole new generation putting itself at risk?

Gosh, I don't know...could it be because they are having sex without protection?

Personally I think it is a nefarious conspiracy on the part of Al-qaeda. They are infecting crystal meth with HIV.

As well, I am beginning to think that HIV disease, like heroin, is gonna wind-up being something that every generation is gonna have to 'find out about.'

About every 20 years there is a major spike in heroin use and addiction for the past four generations or so.
