 Many of the subjects on this forum are for those transitioning. My relationship is less life changing than most, a husband that cross dresses. I've come to accept and love the woman that was hidden from both of us. She has become more confidant and convincing appearing in public. Which of course, is less stressful for both of us. Shopping with a girlfriend has become more fun than dragging a husband around. I'm still getting used to this.

 Now that Spring is upon us, fashions dictate more revealing garments. Sweetie prefers longer sleeve lengths, but has the legs for shorts or skirts. This Summer will be pushing her comfort level in public than ever before. I'll gladly be a part of her experiences.

 Just wanted to reach out to other SO's who are in a non-trans relationship.

It is always good to hear from our SOs, even those of us without one can learn something from your experiences. Then, maybe someday, if I have someone in my life like that, I will have an understanding of what they might be thinking and what their concerns might be.

You're an amazing partner for being as understanding as you are. If she's into long sleeve tops then maybe a sundress that's a bit longer and a shawl or cardigan would be a good outfit for this summer heat

 Thanks for the heartfelt support! I'm still getting used to writing out proper pronouns, when dressed she's a she.
Except for fantasy 'What If's', there's no talk of transitioning, so no threat to our relationship. He's quite happy as a guy, but needs to get full on girl now and then. Maybe being CD is more confusing than most others?

 She has her own forum, local gals and much smaller. No other SO's for me to talk with, but have met and enjoy outings with many of the other gals.

 Full arm shaving is out of the question, hair is not dense, but absence would provoke unneeded attention. She has a few cute cardigans, a few more lightweight ones we could both use.

 I will post about our next time out together.

Its always odd calling them something else other than what you're used to in the beginning, but even using the proper pronouns in a place she doesn't see is a giant leap in the right direction. CD is a lot more confusing and complex than just being trans and you have to keep a balance of both male and female lives. I hope everything goes well.
