I've always loved more feminine style jewelry then what is popular today. My father was a hippie and learned indian silversmithing in the late 60's/early 70's and I picked up the basics from him. This along with years of re-enactment has lead me to love more elegant jewelry set with stones (mostly cabbed semi-precious but cut is lovely as well). While I have no trouble at all with earrings or necklaces and have been able to find the rare ring of this style that fits (ring size 10-14) I have had no luck at all with bracelets. While I have slim wrists for someone born male (8.5" fit snugly) finding anything I don't have to make myself is a beast of a problem. Does anyone know of anywhere I can get  anything more slim/elegant/feminine "off the rack" so to speak? Forget amazon for something like this unless you order anklets and even then it's cheap Chinese pot-metal junk usually. I can make it myself normally (it's just labour intensive and time-consuming) so I'm not looking for custom pieces. Any suggestions?

My best friend buys a lot of jewelry from pawn shops, thrift stores, and resale shops. (Goodwill and Salvation Army stores). Sometimes you can get lucky at garage sales and estate sales.

For a while, I sold jewelry at all kinds of craft events, charity and church fundraisers, as well as state and county fairs.
