Not sure if this topic already has been made else where. Figured I'd make a post to gather all information and resources for this topic.
The topic is how to MTF feminine figure to either lose body weight/muscle mass to have a more feminine figure or fat cycle so estrogen will have periods of excess fat to redistribute to areas that would promote a feminine figure.
Any advice on nutrition, exercise, and or resources would be much appreciated.
