Today is my 76 day of hrt, and I officially need to wear a bra now. I have enough growth that I need a bra for support, and to stop the pain and discomfort I've been experiencing. I can't believe I finally hit this milestone. I went bra shopping earlier today, too.

I had my doctor appointment with my new hrt doctor this week. The appointment went very well. I told the doctor that I'm happy with the progress I'm making, the only thing I want to change is to switch from pills to patches. She agreed, and sent the prescription to the pharmacy. I started using the patches yesterday... however, the doctor said something significant that caught me off guard when I was talking to her. She said: " you've always been a woman." I've never had my femaleness validated like that. I never realized how powerful being validated is. Her saying such small thing completely changed my week.

That's phenomenal, Alana! I'm so glad things are going so well. And, from the sounds of it, you've found yourself a pretty great person to be your doctor. Congratulations all around.
