Panel makes clear hate happens here

Members of a panel discussion didn't mix words Saturday when talking about hate in Billings.

"If you think there is no hate, no hate crimes, in Billings, it is all a matter of definition," said Tasneem Khaleel, who is Indian-born and with her husband, Shafiq, made up the only Muslim family when they moved to Billings 30 years ago. "Hate, prejudice, discrimination. All of that is felt."
