Alleged Transgender Purse Snatcher Arrested

West Whiteland police arrested a 30-year-old South Philadelphia man who is living as a woman, saying he stole a purse and made fraudent purchases with a victim's credit cards.

Sheldon Hart, described as a transgender man, is accused of stealing a purse at the Exton Square Mall, and police are trying to figure out if he's tied to six other thefts in the Chester County area.

Gee. And if she'd been a non-transgendered purse-snatcher, would the story even have made the local community paper?

Kind of a dumb move if you ask me. I have had nightmares as to what could happen to one of us in jail. Not that I would break any laws but it can happen, like a traffic violation or a trespassing charge, any type of misdemeanors a cop can run you in for, if he so desired.
